Who wears the shirts
One person usually places the order for everyone: volunteers, program staff, board members and members. The design is the same for all of them, and the sizes are not. Volunteer shirts are a common start.
Sizes are adult only. Most garments run XS to 5XL, though XS appears on just 2 tees, and both tank tops and 2 long sleeves end at 3XL.
What a group can order
Pick from tees (6 styles), long sleeves (3), tank tops (2), a tote, a trucker cap and a can holder. The cap comes in one size, and so does the can holder. Community group hats start with that cap.
Royal blue, red, navy, black and white are offered on every shirt, the cap and the can holder. Those each list 6 to 8 colors, and the tote lists 9. For a color you don't see, mention it in your request's project description. Each item's colors and sizes are in the custom order catalog.
What to have ready
- Your artwork, if you have it (PNG, JPG, WEBP or GIF)
- How many pieces you need
- The sizes
- The date you need them. Tell us your date and we will say whether it is realistic.
Fundraisers: count sizes first
A group that sells shirts to its own supporters should collect the sizes first, then send one request for the whole group, not an order from each supporter. The quote and the invoice go to the person who sends the request.
The form has no size grid, so write how many of each size you need in the project description. If some sizes are still missing, estimate, and reply to the confirmation email when they arrive.
Sizes from 2XL up cost more per piece. A change after you approve the proof may cost extra and move the date. Deposit, balance and quantity limits are in the Custom Order Terms.
Season shirts for a rec league
Rec league shirts usually carry one design on every shirt. Screen printing handles up to 4 ink colors per print place. On a tee or long sleeve the places are the front or left chest (one panel, so pick one), the back and either sleeve. A tank top allows the front or left chest, plus the back.
Screen printing needs 12 or more pieces, which fits a full league roster.
Church groups and community groups
Church group shirts often serve a retreat, an outreach day or a committee team. The plan is the same as for any group: one design, sizes collected ahead, and the date you need them.
The request form has a Needed by date. Give it, and we say whether it can be met.
Printing and embroidery for your quantity
Screen printing works on tees, long sleeves, tank tops and totes. Caps and can holders can't be screen printed.
Digital printing can be ordered one piece at a time. A shirt takes a print up to 14 by 16 inches, and none smaller than 4 by 4. Left chest, cap and can holder prints are the small size only.
Embroidery also starts at 1 piece. It suits tees, long sleeves, tank tops and the cap, and not totes or can holders.
Choose by quantity first. At 12 or more, all three methods are open. Below that, use digital printing or embroidery: send a request for an item the catalog lacks, or order from the custom order pages.
Planning your budget
We quote by quantity, decoration and garment, and the price for each shirt falls as the quantity rises. The price at the top of this page is a starting point. The custom order catalog shows a live estimate for each item.
How ordering works
Here is the sequence:
- Submit the request form.

- A proof follows by email.
- Reply "approved".
- We print after you approve your proof.
- Your order ships, or is handed over as the Custom Order Terms say.
Questions
How few shirts can a small group order?
Screen printing needs 12. Digital printing and embroidery work from 1, using the custom order pages.
How long does a group order take?
About 2 weeks after proof approval. Give us your date and we will tell you if it can be met.
Will we see a proof before you print?
Yes. A proof comes by email, and printing waits for your approval. The Terms describe proof approval.
What artwork files can we send, and what if we have no design yet?
Accepted files are PNG, JPG, WEBP and GIF, with a limit of 5 files and 10MB together. With no design yet, send the request and reply with artwork later.
Do we need permission to print our logo or artwork?
Yes. By sending artwork you confirm ownership or permission to have it printed. Every upload is reviewed before printing, and an order that breaks the rules may be declined and refunded in full. The Terms of Service cover it.
How do we handle sizes when members or volunteers pick their own?
Gather the counts yourself and send one request. Sizes vary by garment, XS to 5XL at most. List the totals for each size in the project description.
Which colors can we choose?
Every shirt, the cap and the can holder offer royal blue, red, navy, black and white. Each of those lists 6 to 8 colors, and the tote lists 9. Any other color goes in the project description.
Do you ship our order?
Orders go by USPS to addresses in the United States, with a tracking number by email. We do not ship outside the United States. The Terms say how an order is handed over.
