Custom shirts and hats for your club

The catalog holds 6 tee styles, 3 long-sleeve styles and 2 tank-top styles. Beyond shirts, there is a trucker cap with a foam front and a mesh back, in a single size, and a can holder, also in a single size.

Shirts come in adult sizes, from XS to 5XL depending on the style. XS is on 2 of the tees. The tank tops and 2 of the long sleeves stop at 3XL.

White, black, navy, red and royal blue come on every item. Each blank comes in 6 to 8 colors, listed on its page in the custom order catalog. If your club color is missing, such as gold or purple, name it in the project box of your request.

For pickleball club shirts, a tee or tank top pairs with a trucker cap and a can holder. A hiking club might pick a long sleeve and a cap. A car club could put a large print on the back of a tee and a small logo on its left chest, since a tee carries both. These are examples, and any mix from the catalog works.

Screen printing works on tees, long sleeves and tank tops, not on caps or can holders. Each place on a shirt takes 1 to 4 ink colors. It starts at 12 pieces, which suits a full club order where everyone wears the same design.

Digital printing works on every item on this page. On a shirt, the print area runs from 4 by 4 inches up to 14 by 16 inches. The left chest, the cap and the can holder take the small size only, 4 by 4. It starts at 1 piece, through the custom order catalog.

Embroidery works on tees, long sleeves, tank tops and the trucker cap, not on can holders. It also starts at 1 piece, through the same catalog. Embroidered club hats suit a simple mark.

Each item has its own places for a design. A tee or long sleeve has up to 4: the front or the left chest, the back, and each sleeve. The front and the left chest are the same spot, so pick one of them. A tank top has 2, the front or left chest and the back. The cap has 4: the front, the left side, the right side and the back. The can holder has 2 sides.

Few colors and big shapes print cleanly. A short check before you send your artwork:

• Count the colors in your logo. Screen printing takes up to 4 ink colors in each place, so a logo with more colors is a question for digital printing.
• Put wide artwork on the back. The left chest is small, so it suits a short mark or initials.
• Keep embroidery simple. Thin lines and tiny text do not stitch well.
• Before anything prints, the proof shows the artwork, its size and placement, and the ink or thread colors.

A single request covers the whole club. The steps run in this order, and the Custom Order Terms set the deposit, cancellation, quantity and pickup rules. The number we deliver can differ from the number you ordered, within the limits in those Terms.

1. Agree the design and the items with your members.
2. If you can, collect each member's size first, and put the count for each size in the project box.
3. Send a single request below with the items, a rough count, the date you need it and your artwork. If sizes are still coming in, a rough count is enough to start: reply to our confirmation email with the rest.
4. We reply by email with a quote.
5. Pay the deposit on the Square invoice.
6. Check the proof. Look at the spelling, the year and the colors, since what you approve is what gets printed. Reply "approved" and production starts.
7. We print after you approve your proof. Custom orders ship by USPS within the United States, with tracking by email.

Screen printing starts at 12 pieces. Digital printing and embroidery start at 1, so a smaller run, or a shirt for a member who joins after the main order, can start on the custom order pages. For an item you don't see there, send a request instead.
