Returns & Refunds

• Stickers, posters and personalized items — anything made from your own photo or artwork, such as the photo hat — are made for you, so they're final sale. They can't be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.
• Anything else can be returned unused and in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Whatever you bought, if it arrives damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, we'll put it right — see below.

• You cover return postage on a change-of-mind return. We don't send prepaid labels for those.
• Original shipping is not refunded — we refund the price of the item.
• If the fault is ours, you pay nothing. Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items are entirely on us, including postage both ways.

There is no restocking fee.

Email hello@desertcities.cc with your order number and which items you'd like to return, and we'll confirm the return address before you ship anything back.

Please wait for that confirmation — returns sent without it can be difficult to match to an order.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your statement.

If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or simply isn't what you ordered, email hello@desertcities.cc within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.

We'll replace it or refund it, including final-sale items, and you won't be asked to cover the cost of our mistake.

For a different size or color of an item that can be returned, email hello@desertcities.cc with your order number and what you'd like instead. We'll confirm before anything ships.

Orders can't be changed or cancelled once placed, except as below.

If we can't ship your order within the time we've given you, we'll email you before that date with a new estimate, and you can cancel for a full refund.

For anything that isn't final sale, you can also wait for it to arrive and return it unused within 30 days under the policy above. You'd cover return postage, as with any change-of-mind return.

Custom screen-printing work is quoted and produced to your specification, so it isn't covered by the 30-day window above. Our Custom Order Terms apply to those orders — see Custom Orders.

If a custom order arrives with a production defect, contact us within 14 days of pickup or delivery and we'll sort it out.
