Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Final sale items are not eligible for return.

• You cover return postage. We don't send prepaid labels for change-of-mind returns.
• Original shipping is not refunded — we refund the price of the item.
• If the fault is ours, you pay nothing. Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items are entirely on us, including postage both ways.

There is no restocking fee.

Email hello@desertcities.cc with your order number and which items you'd like to return, and we'll confirm the return address before you ship anything back.

Please wait for that confirmation — returns sent without it can be difficult to match to an order.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your statement.

If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or simply isn't what you ordered, email hello@desertcities.cc within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.

We'll make it right, and you won't be asked to cover the cost of our mistake.

For a different size or color, email hello@desertcities.cc with your order number and what you'd like instead. Because items are printed in small runs, exchanges depend on what's available — we'll confirm before anything ships.

Our items are printed after you order, so orders can't be changed or cancelled once placed.

You're not stuck, though: wait for it to arrive and return it unworn within 30 days under the policy above. You'd cover return postage, as with any change-of-mind return.

Custom screen-printing work is quoted and produced to your specification, so it isn't covered by the 30-day window above. Terms for those orders are agreed as part of the quote — see Custom Orders.

If a custom order arrives with a production defect, contact us and we'll sort it out.
