Terms of Service

By accessing or purchasing from desertcities.cc, operated by Desert Cities (“we,” “us,” or “our”) from the Coachella Valley, California, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time without notice. Colors and images are as accurate as possible; slight variations may occur due to monitor settings and to the nature of screen printing.

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We accept major credit cards and other methods displayed at checkout, processed securely via Square.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. You will be notified and fully refunded if we cancel your order.

Our items are printed in small runs after you order, so orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.

This does not remove your right to return: if you change your mind, you can return an unworn item within 30 days of delivery under our Returns & Refunds policy.

We ship within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Orders are made to order and take 5–7 business days to print and pack before dispatch, then ship via USPS. Both figures are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Final sale items are not eligible.

Our Returns & Refunds page is the full and governing statement of this policy, including who pays return postage and how damaged or incorrect items are handled.

Custom screen-printing work is quoted and produced to your specification. It is not sold through the online store and is not covered by the 30-day return window above — terms for a custom order are agreed as part of the quote. See Custom Orders.

If you submit artwork, files, or designs to us for a custom order, you confirm that you own the rights to that material or have permission to use it, and you grant us permission to reproduce it for the purpose of producing your order.

You agree that we are not responsible for any claim arising from artwork you supply. We may decline any submission at our discretion, including material we believe infringes someone else's rights.

We do not use your artwork for anything other than your order without asking you first.

All content on this site — including logos, product images, copy, and design — is owned by or licensed to Desert Cities. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. This does not apply to artwork you supplied yourself, which remains yours.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Desert Cities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our store or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Products are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. Continued use of our store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
