Shipping

What you buy is printed after you order it, unless its product page says it's made ahead. Either way, there are two separate clocks on your order:

Making and packing: 5–7 business days. This is the time to print and pack it, or only to pack it when it's made ahead.

Then transit, which depends on the carrier and where you are.

So the total is 5–7 business days plus transit. Allow about 2 weeks from order to your door.

If we can't ship your order within the time we've given you, we'll email you before that date with a new estimate, and you can cancel for a full refund.

• Stickers and posters are printed for us to order, and we pack and ship them ourselves by USPS.
• The photo hat and custom orders are printed in the Coachella Valley by Snake Drive Screen Printing, and ship by USPS.
• Mugs are printed and shipped by our print partner, Printful, with the carrier it chooses.

An order with more than one kind of item may arrive in more than one package.

• $8 per order, whatever's in it
• $5 when the order is only stickers

You'll see the shipping charge in your cart before you check out.

United States only. We don't ship internationally right now.

You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

If a week has gone by since you ordered and you've heard nothing, email us — don't assume it's lost.

Once the carrier has your parcel, its tracking is the same information we have. That said, if something has clearly gone wrong, email hello@desertcities.cc with your order number and we'll help chase it.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll replace it or refund it. You don't have to fight the carrier on your own.

We ship to the address you give at checkout, so please check it.

Orders can't be changed once placed, and a parcel already with the carrier can't be redirected by us. If it comes back undelivered, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping, though you'd cover the second postage.
