Shipping

We print in small runs rather than sitting on stock, so there are two separate clocks on your order:

Printing and packing: 5–7 business days. This is us actually making the thing.

Then transit. USPS times depend on where you are.

So the total is 5–7 business days plus however long the post takes. We'd rather say that plainly than quote you a single number we'd miss.

United States only, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

We don't ship internationally right now.

You'll get a tracking number by email when your order leaves us. If you have an account, it's also on your order history.

If a week has gone by since you ordered and you've heard nothing, email us — don't assume it's lost.

Once USPS has your parcel, their tracking is the same information we have. That said, if something has clearly gone wrong, email hello@desertcities.cc with your order number and we'll help chase it.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll replace it or refund it. You don't have to fight the post office on your own.

We ship to the address you give at checkout, so please check it.

Orders can't be changed once placed, and a parcel already handed to USPS can't be redirected by us. If it comes back to us undelivered we'll contact you to arrange reshipping, though you'd cover the second postage.
