We don't order big batches of stock up front and hope it sells. Everything is made after you order it.

That's not a marketing position, it's just how a small shop works. But it does mean the single biggest source of waste in this industry — things that get made and never sold — mostly isn't ours to create.

Stickers and posters are printed for us to order, and we pack and ship them ourselves by USPS.

The photo hat and custom orders are printed to order in the Coachella Valley by Snake Drive Screen Printing, and ship by USPS.

Mugs are printed to order and shipped by our print partner, Printful.

Plenty of brands put a page like this up and fill it with words that don't mean anything. We'd rather tell you where the gaps are.

We haven't audited the supply chain behind the blanks, mugs and paper our printers use. We're not making claims about inks, packaging, or power. We hold no certifications. If we start doing any of that properly, it'll show up on this page with specifics — supplier names, ink types, actual numbers.

Until then, the two things above are what we can stand behind, so they're the only things written here.
