Ordering fewer than 12 pieces
Screen printing starts at 12 pieces. Digital printing and embroidery start at 1.
For 1 to 11 pieces, use our custom order pages: pick a blank, set up the print or embroidery, and see an estimate. The estimate leaves out sales tax and shipping, and we confirm the final quote after we review your artwork.
If the item you want is not listed, send a request and say how many. That form takes any whole number of pieces from 1 up.
The quote forms on our group and product pages start at 12 pieces.
How ordering works
- Send a request with what you want and how many.
- We reply by email with a quote.
- Pay the deposit on the invoice we send, then approve your proof.
- We print after you approve your proof. When it is ready, how you get it and the balance due are in the Custom Order Terms.

Custom orders ship by USPS to addresses in the United States, and we email you a tracking number. We do not ship outside the United States.

Which page should I start with?
Start with the page for what you are ordering, or for who the order is for. If no page fits, send a request.
Can a group of any kind order?
Yes. Clubs, schools, teams, businesses and other groups all send a request the same way, with what they want and how many, and we reply by email with a quote.
What do I send in a request?
A short description and a rough quantity; no design yet is fine. Artwork can be a PNG, JPG, WEBP or GIF file, and sending it confirms you have the right to have it printed, as the Custom Order Terms say.
How long does a custom order take?
About 2 weeks after proof approval. Put the date you need it by in your request, and we will say whether it is realistic.
What can you print or embroider on?
Shirts, long sleeves and tank tops take screen printing, digital printing or embroidery. Totes take screen or digital printing, hats take digital printing or embroidery, and can holders take digital printing only.
