Shirts for the clubs and events in your community

A 55+ community runs on its clubs: bocce, bridge, pickleball, hiking, card, craft and golf, plus a picnic, a charity day or an HOA event. One person often ends up ordering for all of them, and each group wants its own shirt.

Short-sleeve tees and tank tops suit warm days. Long sleeves suit cooler evenings. Trucker caps and can holders round out an event. All of them are in the custom order catalog, and we make no claim about the fabric.

A quote request starts at 12 pieces. If a club has fewer than 12 members, the second question below has the way in.

Say in your request which clubs or events the shirts are for. Each request gets its own quote, so keep one request to one design.

Members come in every size, and a size run that stops at XL leaves some people out. The range runs from XS to 5XL, but not every item covers all of it. The 6 short-sleeve tees run to 5XL, and XS is on 2 of them. 1 long sleeve runs to 5XL. The other 2 long sleeves and both tank tops stop at 3XL. The cap and the can holder come in one size. Open a shirt in the custom order catalog to see its sizes.

Ask each member for a name, a size and a count. The request form has no size field, so put the count for each size in the project description, or reply to our email with it. Your quote lists the items, quantities and sizes.

Sizes 2XL and up cost more per piece, and the estimate in the catalog shows it.

Simple shapes, large letters and one or two ink colors are easy to read across a room or a lawn. That is design advice, not a promise about the product.

Screen printing takes 1 to 4 ink colors in each print place and starts at 12 pieces. A one-color print costs less than a print with more ink colors. Digital printing is priced by the size of the print, up to 14 by 16 inches on a tee, and starts at 1 piece. The left chest, the cap and the can holder take the small size only, 4 by 4 inches. You send the artwork as PNG, JPG, WEBP or GIF, up to 5 files and 10MB in all. Sending artwork confirms you own it, or have permission from whoever does, to have it printed. If a member drew the club logo, or the community's name or crest belongs to the community or an association, check that you may use it first. We review every upload before it is printed. The Terms of Service have the details.

If your members come back for the season, order before they do. The Needed by date on the form is a request, not a promise. Tell us your date and we will say whether it is realistic.

The turnaround is about 2 weeks after proof approval. The quote, the deposit invoice and your proof all come before that clock starts, so allow for them when you pick a date.

The Custom Order Terms set the deposit, the proof, the quantity rule and what happens with a defect. Custom orders ship by USPS within the United States, and a tracking number comes by email.
