Who orders event shirts
Organizers of fundraisers and community events, volunteer coordinators, vendors with a booth crew, trade-show staff and festival volunteers all send us the same kind of request: matching shirts for a group of adults, wanted by a set date.
We print tees, long sleeves and tank tops in adult sizes, on the blanks in the custom order catalog. This page fits an order of 12 or more. For a smaller group, digital printing and embroidery start at 1 piece in the catalog, and a request takes any whole quantity.
Crew, volunteers and vendors, told apart by color
Give each group its own shirt color, and people on site can tell who is who from across a field. White, black, navy, red and royal blue come on every shirt. Each blank has its own set of 6 to 8 colors, shown on its page in the custom order catalog. The pictures there are illustrations of each kind of blank, not photos.
In the project box of your request, name the color for each group and how many shirts go to each. A word such as Crew or Volunteer on the back is part of the artwork you send.
What to have ready
- Your artwork, if you have it (PNG, JPG, WEBP or GIF)
- How many pieces you need
- The sizes
- The date you need them. Tell us your date and we will say whether it is realistic.
Sponsor logos on the back or sleeve
The back and the sleeves suit sponsor logos, which leaves the front clear for the name of your event. Each blank's page in the catalog shows the print places it allows. A tank top has no sleeves, so it takes the front or the left chest, and the back.
Sponsor logos are artwork you supply, as PNG, JPG, WEBP or GIF. Each sponsor must have agreed to it. Sending artwork confirms you own it, or have permission from whoever does. We review every upload before it is printed, and we may decline an order that breaks the rules, with a full refund. The Terms of Service say more under Your Artwork and Photos.
Screen printing counts the ink colors in each print place, and digital printing sets the size of the print. A back full of sponsor logos in many colors may suit digital printing. Tell us what you have, and we say which fits.
Shirts for a fundraiser
A fundraiser sends us one request and gets one quote and one invoice. We do not take orders from your supporters. Collect their sizes and their money first, then send us the count. A group under 12 follows the smaller-order route above.
Trade-show and booth staff
Matching shirts for a booth crew are ordered the same way and held to the same minimum. Put the logo on the left chest, on the back, or on both. The left chest reads well at a counter, and a larger logo on the back reads well when staff walk the floor.
Plan your count and your sizes
Start from your head count and add a few for late sign-ups and replacements. The quote sets the quantities and sizes, so have your size split ready and put it in the project box.
In that same box, list the shirt color for each group, say where each logo goes, and confirm that each sponsor has agreed. Sizes are adult only, and each blank's page lists its own. The number you receive can differ a little from the number you order. The Custom Order Terms set the limits.
Your event date
The site's turnaround line reads: About 2 weeks after proof approval. It runs from the day you approve the proof, so the quote, the invoice and the proof come first.
Put the date you need the shirts in your hands in the Needed by box, and your event date in the project box. We say by email whether the date is realistic, and we promise no date. The Custom Order Terms say how the balance date follows the Needed by date.
How ordering works
Amounts and dates are in the Custom Order Terms, so this page states none. The steps run in this order:
- Send the request below with your count, your colors and your date.
- We reply by email with a quote.
- We send a Square invoice for the deposit.
- We email a proof, and you approve it by replying "approved".
- We print after you approve your proof.
- The Custom Order Terms say when the balance is due and how the order reaches you.
Questions
What is the smallest event order?
The form on this page starts at 12 shirts. For fewer, digital printing and embroidery start at 1 piece on the custom order pages, or you can send a request.
How many shirts should we order?
Your head count plus a few extra. The quote sets the count, and the number you receive can differ a little, as the Custom Order Terms explain.
How do we order more than one shirt color?
List each color and how many shirts go in it, in the project box of your request. The quote confirms the details.
Can sponsor logos go on the shirts?
Yes, if the sponsor has agreed and you send the artwork as PNG, JPG, WEBP or GIF. We review every upload and may decline an order that breaks the rules. See the Terms of Service.
Do we need our sizes before we ask for a quote?
They help, because the quote lists sizes and quantities, but a rough count is enough to start. Reply to the confirmation email with the rest. Sizes are adult only.
Can you meet our event date?
Tell us your date and we say whether it is realistic. The turnaround is About 2 weeks after proof approval, and we promise no date.
Do we approve a proof before you print?
Yes. We email a proof, and we print after you approve it.
Do you ship the shirts?
Yes, within the United States, by USPS. We email you a tracking number. The Custom Order Terms cover how an order is handed over.
