Shirts, hats and totes for your golf tournament or club

Shirts come as T-shirts in 6 styles, long sleeves in 3 and tank tops in 2. Each takes screen printing, digital printing or embroidery.

The trucker cap has a foam front and a mesh back, in one size. It takes embroidery or a small digital print, 4 by 4 inches. Screen printing is not offered on caps.

Can holders take a small digital print only, in one size. Totes take screen printing or digital printing. Neither can be embroidered.

Sizes are adult only, and the range depends on the shirt. Each item lists its own sizes and colors in the custom order catalog, with a short list of colors rather than every color. White, black, navy, red and royal blue are on every shirt, the cap and the can holder.

We don't list polos, visors, structured caps or quarter-zips, so ask us about them in your quote request. We quote those by hand and can't promise we can make them.

Start with the player count, then add volunteers and a few spares. Collect sizes before you ask for a quote. The Custom Order Terms hold the quantity rules.

Caps go to the players. Can holders and totes go in the goody bag. We do not pack or assemble the bag, so that part is yours.

Sponsor logos can go in several places. A T-shirt or long sleeve has up to 4: the front or the left chest, which share one spot, the back, and each sleeve. A tank top has 2: the front or the left chest, and the back. The cap has 4: the front, each side and the back. A tote and a can holder have 2 sides.

Screen printing takes 1 to 4 ink colors in each place. A back crowded with sponsor logos in many colors is a reason to ask about digital printing, which runs up to 14 by 16 inches on a shirt.

Get each sponsor's logo from the sponsor, with permission to use it. Sending artwork confirms you have the right to have it printed, sponsor logos included. We review every upload before it is printed. The Terms of Service cover this under Your Artwork and Photos.

Have your own logo and each sponsor's logo ready as PNG, JPG, WEBP or GIF, up to 5 files and 10MB in all.

A club's pro shop can order shirts and caps for its staff and member events the same way.

Caps take embroidery or a small digital print. A left-chest logo can be a screen print, embroidery or a small digital print.

Embroidery usually suits a simple club or event mark on a cap or the left chest. Fine lines and small lettering often look better printed than stitched, so for embroidered golf hats a bold, short mark is the safer choice.

Screen printing usually suits a large front or back design on a bigger run. It is priced in quantity tiers, so the price per piece falls as the count passes each tier.

Turnaround is about 2 weeks after proof approval. The quote and your proof come first.

Put the date you need the order by in the Needed by box, and we'll say whether it's realistic. The date is a request, not a promise. Give the date you need the order, not the day of your event: the Custom Order Terms make that date the day the balance is due.

The Custom Order Terms set out the deposit, proof, balance and quantity rules. Custom orders ship by USPS within the United States, with tracking by email.

3. Pay the deposit on the Square invoice.
4. We email a proof. Reply "approved" to start production.
5. We print after you approve your proof.
