Logo shirts, hats and merch for boutique hotels and resorts

Your front desk, your pool and bar team, an event crew and a vacation rental crew can each wear your logo. This page is for boutique hotel staff shirts, resort pool and bar staff tees and vacation rental crew shirts, along with the caps and bags that go with them.

From the catalog we make short-sleeve tees, long sleeves, tank tops, trucker caps, totes and can holders. Shirts come in adult sizes only. Caps, totes and can holders come in one size. Each style has its own page in the custom order catalog, with its sizes and colors.

The form on this page takes 12 pieces or more. One request can list every item: put the items in the garment box, and the count for each size in the description box.

Each item takes only some methods, so here is the short version for a property.

Artwork is yours to supply. Sending it confirms you have the right to have it printed, and we review the artwork before we confirm the quote.

• Tees, long sleeves and tank tops take screen printing, digital printing or embroidery.
• Totes take screen printing or digital printing, up to 11 by 11 inches.
• The trucker cap takes embroidery, or a small digital print of 4 by 4 inches.
• Can holders take a small digital print only.
• Screen printing uses 1 to 4 ink colors in each place. Digital printing on a shirt runs from 4 by 4 up to 14 by 16 inches, and a left-chest print is 4 by 4 only.
• Places: a tee or long sleeve has up to 4, the front or left chest (one spot), the back and each sleeve. A tank top has the front or left chest, and the back. The cap has the front, each side and the back. A tote and a can holder have 2 sides.

Apparel you sell in a gift shop or pro shop under your own brand has its own quote. Use the private label quote for that. It is a separate request from the one on this page, and a resort gift shop apparel order does not need to wait for your staff order.

We list tees, tank tops, long sleeves, trucker caps, totes and can holders. If your team wears polos, camp-collar shirts or aprons, ask us. We quote those by hand and cannot promise them. Ask in the garment box of the form below, or on the request page.

If a busy season is coming, tell us the date you need your order by, and we will say whether it is realistic. The date is a request, not a promise. Turnaround is about 2 weeks after proof approval.

The Custom Order Terms cover the deposit, proof approval, quantities, defects, the balance and how you receive your order. The steps, in order:

1. Send the request below with your items, counts, artwork and date.
2. We reply by email with a quote.
3. We bill by Square invoice and ask for a deposit.
4. We email a proof, a mock-up of your artwork with its size, placement and colors. Reply "approved" when it is right.
5. We print after you approve your proof.
6. Custom orders ship by USPS within the United States, with tracking by email.
