Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing from desertcities.cc, operated by Desert Cities (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.
Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time without notice. Colors and images are as accurate as possible; slight variations may occur due to monitor settings.
Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We accept major credit cards and other methods displayed at checkout, processed securely via Stripe.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. You will be notified and fully refunded if we cancel your order.
Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Final sale items are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@desertcities.cc.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including logos, product images, copy, and design — is owned by or licensed to Desert Cities. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Desert Cities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our store or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
